Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred during the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. She was up against the very best. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
